- 1 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream/full-fat milk, to taste)

Amazing! A favorite in our household. Always use rotisserie chicken and don’t need to cook as long. Substitute coconut milk for heavy cream, and cauliflower rice for brown rice vermicelli noodles.

Absolutely wonderful! Very easy dish and so full of flavors. My only set back is that I keep forgetting there is marinade time and waiting is not what I want to do with this dish!
