  • 6.5 ounces tuna (salmon, crab, or shrimp)
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon herb (your favorite fresh, or 1 teaspoon dried, dill, thyme, basil, chives)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (I used Himalayan pink salt, my favorite is HERE, but any salt is fine!)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 zucchini (small, very thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded Jack cheese (mozzarella, swiss, or cheddar will work fine too)
  • 1/4 cup panko (pork rind, HERE)
