    I soooo badly wanted a cheese quesadilla and these tortillas really scratched the itch!!! Thank you so much for such fantastic recipes!!

    First batch but still turned out good. After I let them cool down on rack I put them back on skillet and browned them a bit. Helped eliminate with the breakage.

    We really enjoyed these. They break apart easily so best to double up and use two if you are making tacos.
