It came out pretty decent, but it did taste like too much chili powder. I may try a taco seasoning or something next time instead, and maybe mix in more cabbage, and some diced tomatoes (maybe as a topping). The salsa didn't do too much other than add some moisture to the pan, but it tasted good to add a little extra salsa to our prepared bowl. Overall, it wasn't too bad and it was quick, but could use some improvements.
