- 1/2 cup sour cream (I use full fat)

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I shred my own)
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper

Will make it again, delicious! I dried up a bit the fresh uncooked cauliflower and broccoli rice in a pan. It all went raw into the oven, even the meat. It took 50 minutes to be ready.

Easy to make low carb comfort food. I thought it tasted great, although my boyfriend said that it need more "oomph" to boost the flavour. He suggested cumin. Any other suggestions?

Amazing! I didn’t use the full two cups of cheese and I will add more seasoning next time but this is definitely a home rum! Super fast and easy to put together. The cauliflower rice base is creamy and delicious.
