- 1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp (large, peeled and deveined)
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

- 1 handful chopped parsley
- 1/2 lemon (zest grated)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed, 2 lemons)
- 2 heads broccoli (chopped small)
- 1 pkg. sweet Italian sausage (broiled 8 minutes each side or until cooked through and cut on the bias)
