Not the recipe's fault!
I used Walmart's brand, Great Value Almond flour. And since I didn't have a rolling pin I added more butter so that the mix wouldn't be to stiff. I also added packets of Spenda Stevia. They smelled so good while baking! And they looked great great too! (I like golden brown cookies). They weren't crunchy and they tasted HORRIBLE! Could it have been the extra butter (?) or the brand of Almond flour (?). I'll try this again using a different brand of Almond flour and will NOT add extra butter.
