Wow! Never dreamed this would be so good with such simple ingredients. The daikon was fabulous - complemented the soup nicely. I used a tbsp of apple cider vinegar and some water to make up for my lack of wine. Will definitely make again! Used Aurora Bouillon cubes for the stock.
