- 2 pickled jalapeno peppers (chopped with seeds)

- 1 cup baby spinach (organic, coarsely chopped)
- 1 lb. American cheese (white, —or Velveeta, cubed)
- 1/4 lb. asadero cheese (—or Oaxacan cheese, mozzarella cheese, or more American cheese or plain Monterey jack cheese, shredded)
