This turned out really good and I liked the flavour. I just need to get a bit better with the dough. It was really sticky and kind of hard to work with. Maybe next time I will put it between two pieces of parchment paper to roll it out. Can’t wait to have it again though. The taste was great!

The end product of this recipe was a favorite in a bake off with other low-carb pizzas that I made for the family. The recipe in my opinion didn't get five stars as the crust was quite difficult to remove from inverted cookie sheet in order to flip to cook the other side, even though the pan was coated with olive oil. Will likely try heavier and maybe different coating the next time.
