Actually turned out pretty well. I only let it marinate for about 3 hours and it turned out great. I will probably make these again. The mustard wasn’t as powerful as I assumed it would be either

These pork chops were delicious and moist. The only change I would make is cut down on the mustard a bit and use mayonnaise.
