pancakes turned out well but were a bit eggy. dont plan on eating alone, they are more savory than a regular pancake. i added a quick strawberry syrup on top to masl some of the savoriness and eggines.

Really delicious! I made the second version. The batter seemed a bit thin, but it cooked up quite nicely. Next time, I might try slowly adding additional coconut flor, a teaspoon at a time, and giving it a short rest to allow the fiber to absorb a bit more liquid. Great job!
