So nothing compares to old school full of stuff pancakes. However, if you are craving pancakes these are very good! They do not taste to eggy. I did add a splash of vinegar in the milk, and let it sit for a few minutes to mimic buttermilk.
Other than that no changes. No too filling, and I don’t feel like I am in a pancake coma!
