    Nice pancakes, i added some backing soda to make them more fluffy.

    This is a good basic recipe. I used heavy cream instead of water, butter instead of oil, and added some vanilla and cinnamon and a tsp of baking soda to fluff them a bit. They are very dense and filling but you don't get that blood sugar crash like you do when using flour. Next time I'm going to try with some cream cheese.

    These were really good and could definitely replace regular pancakes for me! They had a real nutty flavor which was good and I also added some pumpkin spice to make them taste like my fall favorite treat!!
