These bagels turned out amazing, especially for being low carb! I added some onion powder to turn them into onion bagels. Delicious! The recipe makes four very small bagels, so keep that in mind. It is worth noting that the ingredients listed on the Yummly app are different from the ingredients in the actual recipe. I followed the directions on the actual recipe. Highly recommend for those on a low-carb diet!
