    Great flavor and balance! It's also a good starting place if you want to get creative and add your own extra ingredients. I've made it twice. First time, it was by the book. Loved the depth and earthiness. Second was using ginger, splash of fish sauce, just a bit of hoisin sauce. It made it a different dish from a flavor perspective, but delightful nonetheless. Not sure what I'll do next time!

    . Turned out really well. I put the cauliflower in after the mushroom and onions were sautéed instead of cooking it separate and it turned out just fine

    This was wonderful with children. I added 1/2 cup chicken broth and 2 Tbsp of butter. This really gave the sauce a rich velvety flavor. Didn't have spinach on hand, but used celery. Definitely going to make again!

    Delicious! I used this for a Whole 30 meal I added chopped chicken and substituted coconut aminos for the soy, it was even good for breakfast.

    I substituted a bit but overall hubby loved it. great idea but I added and subtracted some ingredients due to ingredients on hand.

    It really tastes good, I only changed the chopped garlic for garlic powder cause I didn’t have at home, Worcestershire instead of soy (not a fan of soy and I always use Worcestershire for everything instead) it doesn’t make a lot of carb difference and added lemon pepper powder too

    I added sesame oil and a dash of hot sauce at the end which made it perfect, but it was actually very good before adding those ingredients.

    it was good, needed a lot of extra salt n pepper but i used garlic and lemon cauliflower rice and it gave it a nice compliment

    It was delicious! I know you're supposed to use cauliflower rice instead of rice but I added brown rice anyways, I loved it.

    My 11 year old really likes it! it doesn't have a ton of flavor but we will definitely be making it again. It's a nice way to switch up the regular vegetables and it's quick and easy.
