It was delicious! only thing i changed was the oil, i used coconut oil instead of olive oil. i will definitely be doing this recipe again.

This turned out delicious. I used canned mushroom slices, minced garlic, reduced sodium soy sauce, and I replaced some of the olive oil with sesame oil which kicked up the flavor tremendously. I would definitely pair it with a protein because I was very hungry a couple hours later.

it turned out well didnt have spinach so uaed bok choy, and made my own cauli rice. better than I expected

I added a little salt and pepper (and a couple other spices) to taste. Not too bad for someone who doesn’t eat mushrooms too often.

This dish is really tasty, i added a few red pepper flakes for a little kick off heat!

Too many mushrooms. If I could go back I would add 1 cup mushrooms. Probably not going to make again

My wife said this was her second favorite dish I cooked for her. I stir fried the cauliflower rice a bit to take some moisture out so it wasn’t mush worked well. I used frozen rice from Costco 16 oz bag vs 10 oz that the recipe called for. We thought the mix was perfect

Yummy!! First try of cauliflower rice. Simple to make and I served with coconut shrimp. Healthy and filling!! I like spicy so I will add some red pepper flakes next time. I did modify with the addition of yellow, red, and orange peppers. Hubby loved it!!

It was so delicious that I'm making it again tonight but adding diced chicken breast for a complete meal. The only thing I did differently was to use half a head of fresh cauliflower. I riced it following another Yummly recipe. My husband loved this- and it's even better the next day!!

Easy and delicious and healthy! Will make it again! Followed recipe and added extra soy sauce one plated.
