if you want a more mild dish cook your cauliflower rice separate this way the heat and spices don't permeate everything on the plate.

Absolutely delicious and so easy! I cook major things almost nightly and my boyfriend had 3 helpings and said he thought it was one of his favorites ever and a great way to have Mexican without all the carbs!
