    This recipe was super easy to make and every bite was enjoyable. I purchased the beef stir fry meat from the grocery store and it cooked up perfectly. I was nervous and thought the meat would be tough but it turned out very tender. I should’ve caramelized more onions because they were absolutely amazing!! I did cook my peppers a little longer (6/7 mins) and they were delicious as well. Thank you for such an easy, yummy and tasteful recipe. I did not add any cauliflower to my peppers..
