Turned out so good! I used 1/2 a cup of Monk Fruit sweetener and also had to substitute the baking powder for baking soda since I didn’t have any on hand but they turned out so yummy! Definitely let them cool before touching them so they don’t fall apart. :) Had a bit of a cooling effect but that might be due to the monk fruit sweetener. Perfect for those on keto and wanting a peanut butter cookie!
