- 2 Tbsp. sugar substitute (I use granulated Swerve or stevia)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 4 cups broccoli florets (chopped raw, and stems)
- 4 cups cauliflower florets (chopped, and stems)
- 9 slices cooked bacon (roughly chopped.)
- 1/2 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup walnuts (or other favorite low carb nut)
