    Loved it! My changes... didn't use mushrooms because my wife won't eat them. :(. Instead of ground chicken, I cut chicken breasts cut into small chunks. Used only 1 bag of Cole Slaw mix, then added 2 cups rice. Very tasty, easy and will be making again!
