I didn’t have turnips- but added extra celery. I like more clam juice and added xanthum gum to thicken- I also like white pepper for my cream soups! But super easy and half to see an insta pot option for a family fav!!

Yum!!!!!! The turnip was a great option to potatoes. The seasonings were perfect. I’ll use additional turnips (maybe an additional cup) to mash to make thicker but still maintaining more whole pieces of turnip
