- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/3 cup coconut milk (plus 2 tablespoons, — full fat)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (— melted)
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 whole eggs (— room temperature)
- 1 cup berries (— for topping)
- 1 cup dark chocolate (bar — 75% or higher or sugar-free chocolate bar)
- 6 Tbsp. coconut milk (from a can — full fat.)
