GREAT! as the cabbage leavea get progressively smaller i had to use 2 leaves on the second half of the 8 wraps. there was alot of very thin liquid in the bottom maybe when I'm back on carbs I'll bung some sliced potatoes in the bottom to soak up all those lovely juices. i couldn't find a 'can of chopped chillis' so used some jalapenos i had anyway, also added a couple of spring onions to the top after cooking and extra cheese on top. otherwise super easy and tasty and we might have ruined our diet by having double portions! 😂
