It was so easy to make! Haven’t tasted it yet, but hubby had a nibble of one of the donut holes it created and got two thumbs up from him!!! So that’s good enough for me. They came out looking amazing and actually I was able to make seven donuts out of the batch!! The seventh donut isn’t in the pic because it was still baking when I took the picture.

They turned out great. They were delicious and the recipe is easy. I didnt have monk fruit sweetner so I used powdered erythritol for the batter and granulated erythritol for the coating.

These came out amazing! My husband had recently started on the Keto diet. I love to bake which I didn’t think I would be able to keep doing for him. While you can’t eat these everyday they are a much healthier treat than regular donuts. Super moist and taste great!!
