I just joined this site because I thought it was going to help me with the low carbs. OK, everything looks good until you start reading the recipes. Wow, where dose all those sweetners come from? Stevia? Ok, but what kind of Stevia are we talking about here? Do I have to go to there source and buy them? I will admit, that I haven't tried or taste any of these low carb recipes yet and maybe there good, but I am really confused when I read the recipes plus why don't they give you a serving size rather than how many serving in the whole thing. Im I suppose to do the math here?
