Great, I did adjust the ingredients. I added 1/2 tsp of xantum gum and instead of 1/2 cup of recommend sweetner I used 2/3 cup of stevia and 1 tbsp of truvia brown sugar replacement. and they taste like macaroons.

They were yummy. Instead of vanilla i used caramel extract and switched the Truvia with Serve Confectioner's. Definitely making these again
