    I made this recipe for a friend who must eat low sugar and salt. This recipe definitely fits that bill. Personally, I found the red pepper too over powering. The addition of ginger to this recipe gives it a "Thai soup" flavor. Not really my favorite, but if you must eat low salt this is an okay recipe.
