- 4 Tbsp. psyllium husks
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds (whole)
- 110 mL coconut oil (1/2 cup melted)
- 810 mL unsweetened almond milk (3 cups & 4 tbsp)
- coconut oil (to grease)

Oh, I am very impressed. I really like it. I did have to make a few changes. But followed recipe exactly. I only had raw mixed nuts from Costco. And I baked mine in my iron skillet. I have been on my Keto diet for 7 weeks ( I am allergic to eggs) and this is the first bread that I can’t wait to eat again! Hats off to the chef! Thank you!
