Wasn't sure how this would go as I don't have a powerful blender but all in all this was tasty and I'd definitely make it again.

This turned out really good but I didn’t follow the recipe to a T. I put in a carton of veg soup instead of what the recipe suggested. One it was done cooking I used the immersion blender to make it mostly smooth and then the rest of the recipe was the same. Tastes SO good and pretty easy to make.

All in all it was pretty good. I would probably do a couple of things differently next time, such as, melt the cheese and the liquids together first befor adding the broccoli. Some of the cheese just fussed with the broccoli and became kinda gloppy.
I decided to add some carrots to mine and I also boiled all the veggies first, then drained, to make sure they were tender enough.
All together it was pretty tasty,though

It was pretty good. I didn't use nearly as much cheese as suggested (like 1/3) but it was still tasty
