    I made this for dinner and served it with a salad. It was a big hit with my husband. I try to avoid microwaving food, so I sautéed the peppers in a little bit of olive oil during the time I was browning the sausage. I also used my ceramic skillet instead of an iron skillet. Will definitely make again.
