    It definitely needs more veggies for flavor. Next time I'll add some green peppers and mushrooms. But overall it was a decent dish just needed more flavor.

    It turned out great. Love that I can make this and have several portions for a couple of days. Helps when in a rush. Delicious.

    It was very filling; me and my daughter really enjoyed it. My husband isn't a big fan of casseroles but he said it was alright. I will definitely do it again. Also I added mushrooms

    Turned out great!! Husband loved it. He is not a big fan of cauliflower and he had no clue it was in there. I also added in some oyster mushrooms and Roma tomatoes!! Was yummy!!
