My husband and I enjoyed them. Sweet and tasty but they had more like a muffin texture. I would add a little less of the liquid ingredients next time!

I have not tried it yet however because I'm looking for low carb and low sugar, I think I'll substitute the maple syrup with Waldons brand of maple syrup , it has no calories or carbs and is pretty tasty. I'll update you on the change.
