    The recipe was good, although 2 eggs was definitely not enough. I ended up using a dozen eggs.

    Little spinach heavy but otherwise delicious

    I used a 7 X 11 baking dish and this made six servings. I used 4 eggs and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream as I am doing Keto. I only used spinach - and I cooked the fresh spinach first with garlic and onions then layered it in the pan and poured the eggs ( mixed with heavy whipping cream) over the top - added the crumbled bacon and topped with cheese. It was delicious and I will definitely make again.

    Pretty decent. Doesn't make a whole lot though. Might want to double up on ingredients.

    Excellent breakfast. I made ours the night before and popped it in the oven first thing. It came out great and was well received. The only change I made this time was substituting hash browns for the mushrooms. It would be so easy to do variations on it, as well. The only “complaint” had about this recipe is that it doesn’t make much. When feeding a bunch of growing boys, that isn’t a good thing. I will probably double the recipe next time I make it.

    It's delicious. Iur oven went out so I did it in s cast iron skillet on top of the stove. We are eating it now with toast and jelly. Try it you will love it!

    I'd like to give you 1 star - however I can't even do that. Terrible interface. I have not been able to view the directions to the recipe due to all the ads. What a waste of time. Would love to make this recipe but I guess that won't be possible.

    we prepped ours the night before and put in the toaster oven when we woke up. it was ready after shower time was over. tasted good. i used red pepper flakes instead of peppers for flavor. next time i am going to try sausage.

    The bacon burnt, and it was kind of unfulfilling. But then again, I skipped the egg whites and simply used 3 eggs, so take my review with a grain of salt.

    Great recipe which was made in 2 Q pan. Will double for larger 9x13 pan and larger crowd. Everyone appreciated “lighter than quiche” dish. A repeat.
