- 1/3 cup erythritol (Powdered, or any sweetener of choice, preferably either powdered or liquid)
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. hickory smoke (Liquid)
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (or more if you like it hot)
- 1 1/2 cups water (approximate amount - see instructions)

I've been making this bbq sauce for 2 years but I have tweaked it now that there are more keto friendly sweeteners. I prefer using Lankanto monk fruit/erythritol golden to give it a more "brown sugar" taste. Also, I no longer use tomato paste and water, I use tomato sauce and skip the extra step. you can cook down if you want a really thick bbq sauce but it thickens nicely fairly quick. My non-keto family likes it too!
