Delish. I used 1/4c of strong brewed coffee in place of the instant. I added stevia, protein powder, MCT oil, and collagen protein.

So good.I used frozen avocado chunks, and predissolved the coffee granules in a TBSP of hot water first.

Great! I didn’t think it would thicken up without any frozen ingredients, but it did!
