- 500 grams potatoes
- 1 Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise (dollop*)
- 60 grams cheddar
- 3 spring onions
- 25 mL skim milk (semi-)
- 1 tsp. English mustard (optional)

Directions
- Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes.
- When they are cooked mash them up.
- Add the milk and the mayonnaise.
- Mix well with the cheddar and spring onions and serve.
