- 1 lb. crawfish (package Louisiana, thawed, don’t drain, we’ll use the juice)
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- seasoning (1 ½ teaspoon Tony Cachere’s, or Old Bay)
- black pepper
- kosher salt
- red pepper flakes
- white pepper
- 1 large egg (beaten for egg wash)
