- 1/4 inch water (slices, parboiled in salted, grilled on both sides with olive oil, salt & pepper {I used my Panini grill})
- corn (: grilled directly on the gas stove)
- lobster tails (poached, then taken out of the shell and slightly grilled)
- hearts of palm (sliced)
- tomatoes (quartered)
- 1 avocado (flesh removed)
- 2 Tbsp. Meyer lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 garlic clove (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- salt (to taste)
