I live in New England and this dish is fantastic! It turned lobster snobs into lovers! Thank you so much for this recipe. I added a little of both tarragon & I believe basil, since they both have very different tastes. Everyone said they would give lobster a try again.

This was an amazing dish! Followed the recipe except I didn’t use live lobster, I bought tails. It was so good!
