Tastes good but one pound of pasta is definitely way too much, lobster meat got lost in all the pasta

Excellent recipe! Easy to follow and made for a great meal for the whole family. We were lucky that a family friend brought us back a pound plus of cooked lobster from Rockport, MA. Not knowing what to do with so much meat, this recipe proved to be a perfect solution. Not only was it tasty, but my wife and I had fun cooking it together.
