- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 350 grams all purpose flour
- 150 grams whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp. baker's yeast

Directions
- Add the water, olive oil, and salt to the bread machine bowl.
- Pour the two flours and yeast on top.
- Set the bread machine to the basic bread setting.
- If you do not have a bread machine, just wait for the dough to rise (double in size) and bake in a bread pan lined with parchment paper at 400°F for about 40 minutes.
