- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 14 oz. crushed tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 oz. white button mushrooms (cleaned and sliced)
- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced (medium, into strips)
- 1 small onion (sliced into strips)
