- 1 lb. ground turkey (or you could use ground beef or ground chicken)
- 1 packet low sodium taco seasoning
- 15 oz. kidney
- black beans
- 15 oz. black olives (sliced)
- iceberg lettuce (Chopped)
- chopped tomatoes (Fresh)
- salsa
- shredded cheese (Mexican, or whatever kind you like)
- chopped bell pepper
- tortilla strips (tri-color, optional)
- fresh cilantro (finely minced)
- sour cream
- hot sauce
