    Best potato salad ever! I chose to try this “LOAD”ed potato salad recipe for my son’s construction birthday party, and it is now requested for all family gatherings! Very easy to make. Everyone loved it and craved it afterward :)

    Have been wanting to make this for awhile, so I finally made it today. I added sliced celery, like it in my salads . It was so good, made it for a gathering tomorrow, got it together, chilled it for awhile , YUMMY !! Tried several of these salads, this by far was the best, 👍🏻 Will be making this often, will go great with our pulled pork. Thanks for sharing this great recipe & so glad I made it! Oh, used red skin taters, left skin on, cut it in chunks.
