This dish was very good! My husband, who hates radishes loved it! When I asked him what he thought it was, he didn’t know and was very surprised when I told him! I used the bacon grease instead of oil . Very flavorful

instructions were easy to follow, and the end result was great. I'd add a bit of red pepper flakes at the end to spice it up, but even without that, would make it again.
