    This was up against tough competition - my mom’s potato soup! So of course it wasn’t that good, but mom makes hers on the stove with a roux and babysits it. I don’t have that time. So, this was good for an alternative. Next time I will NOT put in the lemon juice. Also will add onion with the cooking potatoes next time for extra flavor. Definitely will try again with alterations.
