The recipe ended up being rather bland when I finished, but adding more salt helped this. I also added a little onion powder, garlic powder, and parsley flakes to add more character to the mash.

This recipe turned out great! We recently had to reduce carbs in our diet, and we're wondering how we would replace our love of comfort food like mashed potatoes. This recipe is a wonderful, tasty replacement! The only thing I changed was adding a heaping spoonful of sour cream. I also mixed in bacon bits and shredded cheddar as well as topping it with the bacon and cheddar.

This recipe was a let down . Followed it to a tee. Tasted like mush. Lacked seasoning also. Maybe that's how it was suppose to taste ?

Very very tasty and so easy to make Whole family really enjoyed and some dont like cauliflower. I used cream instead of buttermilk and it was so creamy i have had to pass this recipe on to members of the family to try

It was delicious! By far the best recipe for cauliflower mash! I substituted the bacon with turkey bacon to reduce fat my picky husband loved it!
