    It was a hit at my son's birthday party. I made a lot and there was barely any left over even though I think I over cooked the potatoes since they started to get a "mashed" texture as I was mixing. I'm making it again this year!

    This recipe turned out great. I would like to try a recipe that doesn't use a ranch seasoning base in the future however.
