  • Crisco Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2 PET Evaporated Milk (12 fl. oz. cans)
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 14.7 ounces Hungry Jack Cheddar & Bacon Potatoes
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chives (chopped, or green onions)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
    2. COMBINE evaporated milk, water, butter, potato slices and sauce mix in a 5-quart pot. Cook over medium heat, just until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and chives or green onions. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cheese.
    3. BAKE 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
